Ham It Up

Parma....you probably know it to be home to the world famous Parmesean Cheese (the salty, flaky, delicious parmesean cheese), and proud owner of a world renowned..Ham Museum??
Probably one of the most tasty, simple plates I ever ate in Italy. Chunks of Parmesean heaped over a layer of salty, raw Parmesean Ham. So good. (The Ham Museum is also worth a trip, I can tell you that).
