The Traditional dish of Fopolo, located in the Alps about three hours drive from Milano. The local specialty cheese fried and served with mixed greens and Polenta Terannea, a speacilty dish of this region comprised of a special type of grainy flour cooked and mixed with even more local cheese. Delicious after a long day on the mountain!
