NOT gelato....its a type of gelato called "semi-cold" becasue of the not cold but still incredible texture and flavor...comes in all sorts of flavors..truffle, tirimisu, butterscotch, and tons of others. The perfect way to still eat gelato in what feels like sub zero temperatures.
